Macro installation on Logitech G-Series mouse is the same for all models in this series.
If you get a notification that your Logitech gaming software not recognizing mouse or you just can’t get your mouse to work, you know that it is annoying. This could be because of a few different reasons, ranging from fairly standard to problems with the G HUB software. Logitech G HUB Software lets you customize Logitech G gaming mice, keyboards, headsets, speakers, and other devices. Bug Fixes - Fixed issues where the Screen Sampler Lighting Effect may stop working correctly - Fixed Discord authorization issues - Fixed an issue where the Hardware Noise Reduction for headsets may not stay enabled. The Logitech G402 includes eight programmable buttons. After the essential mouse functions, there are plenty of extra buttons. These can be assigned macros pretty quickly through G HUB, as said earlier. And this is as far as customization of the Logitech G402 goes. G HUB is a new software platform from Logitech G that lets you fine-tune control of your hardware, customize lighting, use your hardware with third party apps, and more - all with an easy to use interface that’s built for future products.

The list of necessary to install the macro on the mouse Logitech G:
- Obvious – a mouse from the G series supporting macros.
- Lua macro by pro-macro.com 🙂
- Program Logitech G HUB.
- 2 minutes of free time.
Select a game profile (1) and proceed to create the script (2).
Enter a name for the new script (1) and go to edit the script (2).

In the editor window that opens, go to the “Script” – “Import” menu and load the * .lua macro file into the editor.

The macro is set as the active script (on the left mouse button) and is turned on / off by the side mouse button.
Logitech Mouse G402 Software
You can also install the macro on the Logitech G mouse through the Logitech Gaming Software, but it is recommended to do this through the Logitech G HUB program.
